Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with LSI/CSI. We’re committed to providing high-quality products and clear policies. Please review the following terms which govern all purchases made through this website.

1. Order Cancellations

Our ability to cancel an order depends on whether it is a Standard or Custom Product and its status in our fulfillment process.

  • Standard Products: If you wish to cancel an order for a standard, in-stock item, please contact us immediately. If the order has already been processed for shipment, a restocking fee of 15% of the item’s price will apply.

  • Custom & Special Order Products: These products are made or configured specifically for you. Once a custom order is placed, it cannot be canceled, and the full purchase price is non-refundable.

2. Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Outside of a confirmed warranty claim, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including incorrect items ordered or change of mind. Please verify your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

3. Product Warranty & Defects

LSI/CSI warrants our products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment.

  • Reporting an Issue: You must inspect your items upon delivery. Any claims for shipping damage or manufacturing defects must be reported to our Customer Support team.

  • How to Make a Claim:

    1. Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number.

    2. Provide a detailed description and clear photographic or video evidence of the issue.

    3. Our team will review your claim. Do not ship any products back to us until you have received a written Return Authorization (RA).

  • Resolution: If a defect is confirmed by our team, LSI/CSI will, at our sole discretion, either:

    • A) Replace the defective product with a new one; or

    • B) Issue a store credit for the original purchase price of the product.

This warranty does not cover products subjected to misuse, neglect, accident, modification, or improper installation. The customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning a defective item to LSI/CSI.
